Claudio Pirollo grew up in Belgium where he soon discovered his passion for cooking as he wandered around his father’s fine Italian épicerie (grocery store) and watched his mother prepare dinner every day. The dual influence of Italy and Belgium triggered Chef Pirollo’s aspirations to develop his knowledge and experience with different flavors.
A Trattoria is not a pizzeria, it is an Italian-style eating establishment that is generally much less formal than a ristorante but more formal than an osteria. It is similar to what the French call Bistrot.
Trattorias are traditionally family owned, casual, rustic neighborhood restaurants found throughout all of Italy that offer fresh, regional, local and family specialties on the menu.

Claudio’s table feels like a very local experience - so a warm friendly place you like to come back to - but with a menu that belies perhaps the local community environment. We enjoy introducing a wide range of friends to the restaurant because of the combination of a very enjoyable regular menu supplemented by the menu specials; the house cocktail list is good, but short on bourbon based drinks / tho all traditional cocktails are available. We love particularly the st germain spritz to start the dinner!

First time dinning here, but it will not be the last. The food was incredible and the variety of the menu was extensive. All 6 diners loved their fish, and pasta. Desserts equally were spectacular but the gelato was a real standout. The staff is friendly and very helpful in explaining the preparation of the dishes. Great meal!!!

This was our 2nd time to Claudio’s Table. Everything and everyone was incredible. The waiter was on point for every aspects of the restaurant. From our cocktails, appetizers, to the ordering and describing each dish we were interested in ordering as well as the presentation. The food was delicious! Then we enjoyed an assortment of of yummy desserts and coffees.. It was even better than the first time we came to dinner. Highly would recommend dining here!

We were not seated at our appointed time and had to wait 20 minutes. Would appreciate if the restaurant could more carefully manage reservation times. That said, we liked the linguine with clams.

It was a wonderful neighborhood restaurant experience with very good food , good value, attentive service but a bit noisy. Certainly, you don’t have to be from the neighborhood to enjoy the food and overall experience . Daniel our waiter, recommended both very good wine and entrees enjoyed by the 4 of us. We will be back.

Good morning, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. I am glad to read that you enjoyed Daniel's suggestions! Did you try any of the special desserts ? The eclair was delicious! As for the noise, Saturday night 6.30pm is the busiest. For less noise it is better to book around it. 5pm or a little later around 8pm Lunch time is more quiet as well, and the menu is different. we hope to see you soon, Best CHloe

Excellent dishes included veggie pizza, suckling pig, octopus and swordfish. Eggplant parmesan was OK (too greasy). Server was very nice and tried hard but very clearly new and has a bit to learn. Minor complaints: the food came out almost as soon as we had ordered even though we asked that the entrees be held - literally they came out the second the appetizers were removed. One guest ordered iced tea (3 glasses) and no one told him that refills were not free - again not a big deal and waiter took it off the tab - the point being that customers should be told . Prices generally fair, although $12 for small cup of swirl seemed very high.

The food was superb. Prices were in line. However, the manager was extremely rude. Given the quality of the food, I would go back in a heartbeat. Given the rudeness, I will find another restaurant to go to. Specifically, I made a reservation for 5:30, I arrived by 5:40 with my friend already seated. The restaurant was quiet at this time with a few occupants. We ordered drinks and perused the menu. At around 6:05 we ordered our meal which came about 6:20 pm. We enjoyed the food and continued to talk through our meal. At around 7pm we finished our entrees. I ordered some cappucino and my friend had some water. After about 5 minutes she ordered another glass of wine. The bill came at 7:15pm. We sipped our drinks paid for the food and at about 7:25 the manager came over and said our table was needed. The restaurant was filled. Her demeanor was brusque and commanding. The tab for our meal was $121, including tip. I won't go back.

Branzino was my fav dish, but this time it came with an eggplant mash. I felt the fish was much tastier with the fresh vegetables of green beans, carrots, and small potatoes. The portion of filet Branzino was also smaller, only one fillet. The special, sea Breem was moist & juicy but the skin was soggy and the sauce, bland. Our mushroom pizza, my favorite had delicious flavor and cheesy, but the mushrooms were skimpy and chopped this time with no variety. My Aperol Spritz DELICIOUS, YAY! Please let this dinner be an off night, Wednesday, June 26th. Chef / Owners, you know and produce great food at your other restaurants consistently. Please do the same here. I plan to bring my kids and grands this summer and look forward to the yummy food served the past few months, again. This is a "pep talk", PLEASE get back on track.
