I love going to Claude's for dinner, but our visit yesterday upset me when I saw our bill. I am not a fan of the service fee when using a credit card. Restaurants need to raise their prices by a little to cover that fee. I am sure a lot of business people use credit cards and do not pay cash, so they can keep track of their expenses. As such, restaurants may see a decrease in business. All these years; you were never charged a fee to use a credit card, but now it's become a popular practice. While the fee may not be that much; if you have a private event - it's a large expense on top of everything else. Not a fan & will most likely not go there again or any restaurant that will charge me a fee to use a credit card, because of this practice!

Brian and his staff were absolutely fantastic! We hosted out of town guests and they couldn’t say enough great things from the ambiance to the food and service. And we were so grateful for the “extra” special touches the staff gave us to celebrate our anniversary ❤️.

Overall we love Claude’s. Our waiter was great as was the food. We usually sit at the bar around 4or 5 pm. That was the plan yesterday except the bartender acted annoyed that we wanted to dine there and then Ignored us. We moved to the dinning room and everything was great.

I feel like they need a better selection of seafood/fish. Husband had Ahi Tuns & was just ok. My mahi mahi was good but I’d love halibut or grouper options.
