Clandestino is the moody sister of Tac/Quila. Serving elevated and fresh Mexican food. Located right next to the Marilyn Monroe statue in downtown Palm Springs. The restaurant is headed by Chef Gustavo Carreon who has worked diligently to create a menu that highlights the best that his home country has to offer. Some Clandestino exclusives include stuffed squash blossoms and cochinita pibil. We have 100% outdoor seating.

We went on a Wednesday night and it was an amazing evening. The ambiance, food, drinks, and our server were top notch. Highly recommend checking this spot out.

Beautiful space. Limited vegetarian options. A lot of deep fried menu items. Food was tasty but overuse of zucchini.

Delicious food-we had the mole enchiladas and the cochinita pibil. Both dishes were really good. The cochinita came with hand made tortillas and the mole on the enchiladas was very tasty. Cocktail didn’t have much alcohol. Mock tail was refreshing for a hot evening. Service was efficient but not friendly or engaging.

Host who greeted and seated, busser, and Chase were all excellent. They were friendly, professional, and accommodating. The food was delicious.

Wonderful food. A little warm even inside dining if it is 110 outside.

Service was great. Can’t say nothing bad about the food it was one of the best I had. A bit pricey but it was worth it.
