I was not impressed with this location. We usually go to Buena Park and I've always loved the food there. Somehow, at this location, it was not the same. The flavors and prices were too high here, and drinks were over the top at $16. Wasn't that great. End up close to $600 bill and not impressed at all.

Enjoyed a very nice date night with my Sweetie last night - and Claim Jumper was just the right place for us to enjoy a great meal together in San Bernardino.

I enjoyed my meal. Looking around looks like windows need cleaning and maybe be a little cleaner inside. Meals kinda pricey. But good deals on Happy hour items. I will come back.

Great service! Food tasty! Drinks were great! Bar area cozy! Our large group had a great time! Will return again. Portions should be a bit bigger for the price, but still enjoyable. Our server was great! She was so accommodating!

Drinks are not strong during Happy Hour. They have a rewards/ loyalty program, and none of the employees, including the manager, even know how it works. I signed up and received an email stating I had a $10 off coupon in my account, ready to redeem now. The credit wasn't showing in my account, so the staff kept telling me that it's for next time. I showed them the email, and at first they weren't budging to give me the discount, but eventually the manager gave me the diacount.

This is one of our GoTo restaurants for a nicer meal. The service has always been on point. The food is mostly amazing, only a couple times we've been disappointed and that was due to personal taste not the quality of what was served (i.e. lobster blt heavy in Mayo, for a guest who doesn't like mayo and didn't realize ahead). Would definitely recommend!

I was disappointed in the service. The restaurant wasn't busy at the time we went. There were 3 of us. One ordered a salad before dinner and 2 of us ordered a cup of soup beforfe dinner. The salad was delivered but the soups weren't delivered. I had to ask for them. Shortly after the soup was delivered our dinners were delivered. My husband and I ordered a half rack of ribs. His ribs were moist but my ribs were dry. My food was not very hot. I was very disappointed. We had not been to Claim Jumper since they closed the one in Corona. We went to the one in San Bernardino. I was personally disappointed in the quality of the food. It was not as good as I remembered.

First they are out of bread and butter. Second salad bar is additional $16. What used to be free or a replacement of a side. Third way overpriced. Fourth the building smells. For sure not going back

If you've never heard of Claim Jumper Steakhouse & Bar, you're not alone. This establishment is a West Coast chain restaurant spanning only five states. Coincidentally, by definition, a claim jumper is "a person who seizes another's claim. The vibe evokes the inspiration of Western-themed environs inside a hunting lounge with heavy wood, antler chandeliers, and stoned walls. We decided on 7-ounce top sirloin, Atlantic Grilled Salmon, Steak & Shrimps, Cup of Potato Soup, and the Salad Bar. Complimentary bread started our meal. The food was full of flavor, savory, and delicious. The portions were decent. The service was attentive and friendly without being overbearing. The price was comparable to the area. This is one of the restaurants you will want to stop at if you are passing through San Bernardino, and we can recommend this place.
