The saloon menu features signature cocktails, chilled martinis, premium and ultra-premium spirits, specialty non-alcoholic beverages, an extensive wine list, and imported and American craft beers including Claim Jumper’s own Honey Blonde, Original Red Ale and IPA. We had a six thirty reservation and it took an hour and a half to get our food. The staff seemed overwhelmed

Noisy because of the entertainment. People come to talk and visit at 6p on a Th. Unable to hear w music. The food was excellent! Ribs were tender and humongous. Large zucchini just what a craved for. 14.99 - too expensive! Chinese chicken salad excellent. Sirloin tasty and tender! The waitress was excellent, my friend was needy and she satisfied all of her desires! Great bday dinner and the 3 free layer for bday dessert was also excellent

Acoustically, it is a very loud space. It was difficult to hear others at our table (of 4). The food was good, but the service was lacking. Once we were seated, we sat there for 15 minutes before anyone came to the table to offer water, take drink orders, etc. I typically eat in the bar area, so I'm not sure if this is typical service for the main dining room.

This was a disappointing experience. At initial check-in, the hostess seemed to ignore my mentioning we had a reservation. We were seated in the bar area where the bartender was also our server and appeared to be a little too busy to do both. Food was so-so. My wife liked hers but mine (fish and chips) was not the best. The fish was pretty bland and the chips (french fries) were lukewarm and soggy. I know they can do better but this was not their best night.

Our server was fabulous he did great! The hostesses seemed upset that we requested a different table. Over all good was delicious!

Oh my. A Very dated décor and not very many people there...which should have been a clue. Put off by the extremely high prices we went with fish and chips (incredibly pathetic fries) and the Lobster BLT with parmesan onion rings (which sounded intriguing but turned out to be regular onion rings with shredded parmesan sprinkled on top...rings were cold so parmesan did not melt...a disappointment) Waiter was disinterested. Never asked how our meal was. Never refilled our drinks. Looking for some upside and decided some of the lighting fixtures would be an ideal fit for the 40-year old family mountain cabin. Odd design. Park in the back by the dumpsters and walk around to the front of the restaurant (first two entrance doors had signs directing us to continue to circumnavigate the restaurant for an open door. Never been to a restaurant designed like this where the curb appeal is facing the main road b ut all parking is behind. No plans to return.

Had been a while since visiting this establishment. Music was too loud in waiting area but at the table was hardly noticeable for good conversation. Understaffed as most places nowadays and had to wait a couple of minutes to even have someone greet us. Come to find out later the receptionist was also doubling as a table cleaner. Give her a raise. Cody was our server. Excellent service with good conversation. He too was one of two servers out of seven that were to be working that evening. Employee commitment in today’s world is abominable. Overall, the service and food portions and taste was outstanding, for the employees on staff, given those circumstances. Give them all a raise, they more than deserve it!!

The restaurant was slow but the food took quite a while to get out to us. It seemed like they cooked one thing at a time or forgot half the order then made the other half because half of our meals were cold. The Mac and cheese on the Mac and cheese burger was cold. The soup was served luke warm. Seems like this place has gone downhill.
