Second location from brothers Dario and Pietro Gallo. After the great San Diego success Civico opens in Los Feliz bringing a new generation of Italian cuisine – fresh, light and authentic. By using proper cooking techniques, our flavors are natural and pure. Our menu is a homage to our southern Italian roots and reflects what’s being served in Italy today.

You can also find an extensive vegan menu that incorporates many of the best Italian dishes. Try us out and see for yourself why we were voted as one of the top 50 vegan restaurants in the U.S!

We believe in sustainability, both in our food and in the design of our restaurant. While our menu focuses on locally grown and seasonal ingredients, our bar and dining areas were created using reclaimed, natural materials. Nothing goes to waste at Civico 2064. I think the place looks amazing and the overall experience and food were great ! I do think we may have just had a waiter that was a bit more on the carefree side because getting him to come to the table initially took some time. During our meal, he didn’t come around much, and getting his attention at the end was tough as he was just hanging out in the corner. This may just have been luck of the draw, but the food was great, and the rest of the staff was very attentive .

Ambience and service were pretty good. The food was hit and miss. Zucchini blossoms were tasty but very filling due to being fully stuffed with cheese. Beet Salad was good but nothing extraordinary. Meatball was a decently large and pretty good. The mushroom and sausage tagliatelle was very very disappointing. The pasta was very over cooked and the dish was very salty. It looked like and had a mouthfeel of a stroganoff, mostly due to the creamy over cooked texture of the pasta. We ate less than half of it and didn’t want to take the leftover home. In hindsight we should have sent it back. Wine based Negroni cocktail was excellent. Wine pour for my friend was generous.

Nice spot for everything from an intimate date-night dinner to a large gathering. The only nit I have is that they slightly overcooked the cod. Having cooked a lot of fish I know that's tricky to get right. They're supposed to be pros, though. They handled it well.

Everyone we interacted with there were some of the best staff encounters I’ve had in a long time. Great food, great service, beautiful day on Hillhurst. Worth the drive from LBC.

Amazing wait staff, Aria was so sweet and attentive. Delicious food, 100% vegan, and wine! what a treat.

Great food and service. The only caveat is that it’s a noisy room and it makes it difficult to have a conversation or even hear the wait person. Not sure how to solve it. Obviously a great deal of love goes into the food. The chef was circulating the room making sure everything was perfect.

The food ingredients were top notch but the preparation was unimpressive. And the portions were small. Service was very attentive but could have done better with ideas around recommendations.

The food was very well prepared and very good .. although compared with a more luxurious restaurant it was as expensive. The Vegan selection was very good and well prepared and tasty . The restaurant was quite plain , could probably use a better vent over the cooking area and the air conditioning was quite brisk . The waiter was charming but could probably have had a few more of them .

Went for an early dinner before a gig at the Greek. Great pastas and a large selection of vegan food. Had the eggplant parm and it was really good. Top service, super friendly and a fun vibe. Go with a group.
