    We went to dinner tonight with my mom, who just moved to the area. My husband and I received our food, however my mom did not get hers. The food runner said it would be right out. We waited a while, about 10 minutes, and then my mom called a staff member over, who assured us her meal was coming right out. After another 10 minutes and still no meal for her, my mom asked for the manager. The manager apologized and was gracious. The food came shortly after and was overcooked. We were all very underwhelmed by this experience. It's a shame because my husband's food and mine were good but the evening was ruined and the overall experience was really bad.

    2nd time here. First was quite a while ago and was very good. This time we were outside and was a nice day so quiet nice location. Tables were a bit stickey, Fries over seasoned and soggy. Deserts marginal.

    The kung pao cauliflower was overcooked. The sauce was bland. The added shrimp was to have been grilled. The shrimp was so small it looked like it came from a can. Waitress was MIA

    Food and atmosphere was great . Served start off great then held a 20 min conversation ignored us when we tried to get her attention to get our check. We had to get up and go inside and get someone to check us out.

    My coworkers and I had an amazing experience at city works. The food was great and priced well. There were so many options that met all of the teams dietary needs.

    They have changed their food quality since we lived there two years ago, was sad to seem them do that and the quality/taste suffered. Still good atmosphere for drinks.

    We sat on their very nice patio. Each table has a large umbrella which protected us from both the sun and the rain(4 times). It was quiet enough to have nice conversation with old friends although the inside seemed much louder. Our waiter was on point with drink refills and timely meal service. They didn't seem to care that we spent several hours in conversation. The food was very good and reasonable in price. We would gladly return.
