This place offers great food, but everything else seems to be lacking. The menu features small plates, almost appetizer-sized portions, of items like burgers, chicken sliders, and fries. Despite the small portions, the wait times are quite long, similar to a steakhouse, which is disappointing for what is essentially fast food. The restaurant appears busy, but there are zero people eating inside, making it awkward for those who choose to dine in. Everyone is outside, and the ambiance inside and out is dull with no music playing. The server-to-table ratio is excessive, with 4-6 servers attending to maybe 10 tables on a Friday night at 7 pm. The food itself is great, with delicious sliders, fries, and milkshakes. However, there are inconsistencies, such as the happy hour promotion for 12 wings at $12, which the server said was outdated and now priced at $18. The servers also seem untrained to handle questions about price differences or menu items like salads. Overall, the restaurant needs to make up its mind about its identity and improve its service and ambiance to match the quality of its food.

Awful sewer smell in the restaurant. Out of the 10 sliders we ordered only 3 were decent. Cheese fries were tasteless. Anything fried chicken was tasteless and dry. Such a disappointing Mother’s Day dinner.

For the amount of customers in the restaurant, the service should be more responsive. Our drinks were nearly finished before our server returned. Also it was disappointing to learn that you could not order two different sliders for your entrée which you were able to do before. Lastly, they don’t bring ketchup. Now they bring little condiment containers which looks like they’re trying to save money.

Great milkshakes. We tried several different sliders (Nashville Hot Chicken, Buffalo Chicken, Sunrise Chicken, Steak, Lamb, and Cheeseburger) and all were tasty with fresh ingredients and wonderful toasted buns. We shared an order of cheese fries and regular fries, also very good. Service was attentive and friendly. Very quiet on a cool, windy Monday night.

Conceptually a great idea…execution, not so much. Staff seemed overwhelmed with the three tables occupied and unwilling to accommodate any request stating the kitchen was too busy despite the lack of patrons in the seating area along with the little to no foot traffic from carry out. Asked for the rib-eye cheese steak entree and one without peppers/onions and was told no changes/substitutions because the kitchen was busy…but if I would have ordered two single sliders they would have done it. No kids menu, that being ok, asking for a slight modification to a slider resulted in same response about the kitchen being busy. Milkshakes were very thin…again, conceptually good ideas but execution lacked heavily. French fries needed to be crispier as they were soggier than five guys after sitting in the brown bag. I think this place could be great but execution was not there.

My first time. Enjoyed everything. Service was great. Food was wonderful. Had Peking duck slider and sweet potatoe fries. Split a salted caramel milkshake. I will be returning.

It was a special “plated” night at city sliders, so there were none of the sliders available. This was not advertised when making the reservation online, nor on the website or FB page. The food was subpar and expensive. Really wanted sliders!!
