Family owned and operated since 1993, Citizen Kane's Steakhouse is a cut above the rest. Located in a turn-of-the-century Victorian home, the restaurant is dedicated to impeccable service and exceptional cuisine, creating a casual yet upscale atmosphere to that effect. Citizen Kane's has a mouthwatering selection of steaks. Enjoy tenderloin medallions, the Delmonico ribeye or a classic New York strip. Every entrée is accompanied by soup de jour or Kane's Rosebud salad and housemade Mayfair or vinaigrette dressing.

My husband and I were there celebrating our anniversary first time patrons . The entire experience was wonderful from the service to the food. Everything was great. We will definitely return and recommend it to others.

Everything was great! The only small critique I would have been that the marinara sauce was entirely too sweet. Other than that, my wife and I had a wonderful dinner for our anniversary in an intimate quiet space. Thank you to our server as well for being very knowledgeable and accommodating.

Filet melts in your mouth, delicious salad and baked potato cooked to perfection. Huge bourbon m, scotch and whisky selection and a fair wine and beer list. Entre pricey but includes salad or soup and a side lakes it reasonably priced. Excellent service but a bit noisy. Seated in small cozy room and conversed with others briefly. Pleasant evening. In Kirkwood and walked from our home.

Haven’t been there for a couple of years, but everything is still fabulous! Steak’s were perfectly cooked as were the baked potato & green beans. Lindsey was our waitress and was very professional and friendly.

We believe Citizen Kane's serves the best ribeye steak in St. Louis. We were so pleased we will drive to Kirkwood again their Market (next door) for take home.
