Cinnamon Bazaar is inspired by bazaars in antiquity and in the modern day. In India and across the world, the bazaar is the place to buy, sell, exchange, entertain and be entertained. For centuries the vibrant energy of these marketplaces has inspired us to explore new flavours and new possibilities and Cinnamon Bazaar aims to capture this and bring it to London.

Our private dining room, the Khari Baoli, is situated on the first floor above the hustle & bustle of the restaurant and it perfect for your meetings over lunch or an evening soiree. We don't charge a minimum spend or room hire free from January to end of November. Simply choose any of our private dining menus and your choice of drinks and leave the rest to us! What originally drawn by the late night set menu, but the prices of dishes was not unreasonable given the Covent garden location, and we chose to order à la cart instead. All food flavoursome , I particularly enjoyed the jungle chicken curry.

Excellent food. Service a bit of an issue this evening (unusually as it’s been excellent previously). We had to chase orders on 3 or 4 occasions. Didn’t detract from a nice evening and great food but a shame

Delicious Indian food, friendly, knowledgeable waiter who made great menu recommendations. The level of noise in the restaurant is quite high.

We went as a pretty large group and also had to make changes to the original reservation just a day before the event. Cinnamon Bazaar was very accomodative of the changes, which is very appreciative. The service was also great, with the waiter providing a lot of recommendations, helped in making changes to our order, gave us the option of ordering items which were outside of the à la carte menu, which were all very helpful. The food itself was okay to be honest. Some of the items were a bit too salty, which we communicated directly. The feedback was taken positively. The toilets are in a different floor, and is you do not have a step free access. Overall a positive experience due to the service quality.

Delightful little find near covent garden. Food delicious and ideal portions. A tasty fusion of Indian and English. Lots of fresh herbs and spices. We chose from the pre theatre menu and treated ourselves to a cocktail. The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. Will definitely return!

They forgot our food order so we waited over an hour to receive our mains. When they finally arrived they had clearly been rushed and the food was underdone and not good. The waiters were really pleasant though. But overall disappointed as it was a dinner for my brothers birthday.

We booked the set lunch menu. Delicious and plentiful. We loved it all. The mutton starter was outstanding. Recommend a visit!

We really like the vibe and location of Cinnamon Bazaar and I am sure we will be back, for the relaxed atmosphere as well as the flavours, but I am a little less enthusiastic after our second visit. The main reason is that the 'Bazaar Plates' ie the main courses felt less good value than I remember. The okra curry in particular felt really rather meagre - just a few pieces of okra in a lot of sauce, with a few pieces of poppadum on top, for £15.75. This seems a lot, given the cost of the ingredients - if there had been twice as much okra we would have been happy. Similarly the vegetarian kofta at £15.00 for three small balls seemed a lot. (Our starter samosas were the same amount of food for half the price.) This is not to say the food isn't delicious, as it is! It just felt like an expensive lunch this time rather than an unalloyed delight, and it puts us off coming more often, which is a shame. (As a minor easily solvable PS my fresh mint tea had barely 4 mint leaves for a whole pot, and therefore tasted like water.)
