the restaurant onpy had 3 occupied tables when we but we were sat directly beside another table. a rather noisy drunk underdressed couple. caused quite a few distractions.

I took a group of foreign associates for a business lunch to Cielo. We each ordered the set price lunch meals and everyone in the group thought their main courses (we had both fish and beef) were well prepared, nicely presented and most importantly tasted great. In addition, the salad and anti-pasta bar had a nice variety of items to choose from. The service was attentive and timing of the courses were up to Western Fine dining standards. The atmosphere is contemporary and would lend itself to either a nice evening out with friends, a special evening/date or a business meal. If you are looking for a western style restaurant in Tianjin with very good food, service and atmosphere, Cielo will meet your expectations.
