Ciclo (Spanish for "cycle") is a modern Texas kitchen featuring locally inspired flavors with a Latin influence, brought to life through a unique collaboration between Chef de Cuisine James Flowers and world-renowned chef and restaurateur, Richard Sandoval. Ciclo's name reflects its focus on menu offerings that change seasonally, from ceviches, crudos and grilled and smoked meats to inventive cocktails crafted by award-winning bartender Sarah Rahl.

In addition to its ever-changing dinner menu, Ciclo serves breakfast, lunch and brunch, with all menus providing gluten-free and vegan options.

Offered in the bar, as well as on its covered terrace and lawn, Ciclo happy hour runs from 5:00 to 7:00 pm seven days a week and includes $4 snacks and $3 sweets, plus complimentary valet parking. Rounding out the food menu is a list of $5 sips, including beer, house cocktail and wines by the glass.

Ciclo is located on the lake level of Four Seasons Hotel Austin.

Beautiful space with covered outside patio. I enjoyed the menu but was a little put off by the door blowing my menu off the table whenever the door opened. Overall, the service was prompt and good. From cocktails to apps to mains, everything was well prepared and tasty. I had the chicken and waffles (savory) and my sister had the pancakes. Delicious! Definitely try out this locale!

Great garden/river view, food and ambience. I was a fan of its pre-2018 predecessor, TRIO. Ask for Edwin as your server. A class act and perfect waiter.

Attended the brunch. We have done this for years, particularly Mothers Day, but we were disappointed this year. Food selection was just ok. For 78.pp we didn’t think the selection of food was worth the cost. No Champagne offered either for New Years Day :(

We were there for Christmas Day. It was a very expensive prix fixe, $149pp + tax and gratuity. It was a buffet… one of the worst I’ve ever been to. The prime rib was fatty and extremely tough. There was only one salad with greens (which no one in my family liked). The rest of the food was either overcooked and/or not tasty at all. There were times when they ran out of food and you had to wait for it to be replenished. They ran out of asparagus altogether. I basically ate quinoa and a caprese salad for dinner. Such a disappointment for a restaurant at the Four Seasons.

When we made Christmas dinner reservations there was no mention of it being buffet only. Ruined our Christmas dinner plans. It looked like a brunch menu. Sorry. Truth in advertising would have helped.
