A nice, cozy, and friendly environment where anyone can come to eat regardless of the occasion. We serve a variety of typical Latin dishes, empanadas, wine, and beer.

We give everyone a taste of freshly made Latin cuisine in our “Little Manhattan-Style Restaurant” as it was put by the Stratford Town Hall we were selected for the town’s award of “Best Use of Small Space”

It was my first time there and it was a wonderful dining experience. The food, ambiance, and service were outstanding. The lunch specials were delicious. And the value was exceptional. Definitely going back again!

I really enjoyed the food at the restaurant. As a Latino myself, I thought the food was well done and I will definitely be going back. The only issue was with the service, as they seemed to be short-staffed, so it's important to be patient. Christian, our server, did a great job and made up for the delays. The drinks, a paloma for my wife and a mule for myself, were also well made. The bar looked inviting for drinks, and I'm looking forward to coming back to try the mofongo.👏

Nice place and service. Could do with more parking space. However,I love the Cibus in Stratford.

It was our second time dining at Cibus since they opened and honestly I don't know why we don't go more often. We tried some new apps this time around like the Pionono - plantains stuffed with slow roasted pork and the Aquacate Relleno, grilled avocado halves stuffed with shrimp en salsa. Amazing. I had the Ropa Vieja again because it's just that good but next time will try something different. Great service, atmosphere and amazingly delicious food.

My husband and I came to this restaurant for dinner. We had a wonderful time - the staff was very friendly, and the food and drinks were delicious!

The food and drinks took entirely too long. I will say once the food came out it tasted very good however we would never return based on how slow food and drink service was.

Food is absolutely delicious! We had an amazing server, Eunice. It was a bit quiet when we were there, but might have been the time. Seemed to get more crowded as we were leaving (8:00).

I’ve been to the Stratford location and loved it so we figured it was the same and went for Mother’s Day. Appetizers and drinks were great- We got the steak nachos and maduros with cheese. Not sure what’s happening with the entrees. The pernil is now shredded vs the nice sized chunk they give in Stratford and it was SOOOO DRY. You could tell they had shredded it and had it sitting under lights for a while with no sauce. 2 people in my party had the pernil and both portions were like that. The beans had no flavor. The rice was good. My niece has the steak lomo and the steak was also wayyy overcooked. Again, like it was already made and they just reheated it. I had the scallops and was not impressed. It stated it was scallops with coconut lobster sauce over rice and grilled veggies. I paid $30 for 4 scallops that were also overcooked (super rubbery) and I definitely did not taste any lobster in the sauce or coconut for that matter. The grilled veggies was also a few onions and peppers scattered. Definitely not what I was thinking would come out. Disappointed and wondering why it’s so different than Stratford.
