This was our first time visiting after hearing so many good things about the food. We were very let down. We started with the calamari and the waygu meatball appetizers. The calamari was good, the meatball hype is highly overrated. It seemed to have some beef with much more filler such as breadcrumbs. The sauce was good with both. My husband had a veal dish and I had the shrimp and scallops marinara. His was just okay. I am not sure what was in my dish as every bite of scallop , a few shrimp and sometimes the pasta, I was crunching something sand like . It was hard , fine and not pleasant. Maybe it was a spice, maybe it was sand from the seafood. I really did not care for the flavor of the tomato sauce either. I had been trying to choose between a dish with marinara versus this one with the tomato sauce. I asked the waitress if there was much difference and she said no, so I went with this one. Now I wonder if the other would have been better. I will never know as we will not be back. For the price of our meal in a less than half full room of patrons, I expect to be able to carry on a conversation with my husband across the table without shouting. Glad I tried for myself, but will not be back.

Food and atmosphere was great for anniversary dinner. We had the rigatoni and Alfredo with chicken.

We were celebrating our 48th anniversary. I had the veal tenderloin which was very good and cooked just right, my wife had a pasta dish that looked amazing and tasted great. We had the best chocolate cake for dessert. We would definitely go back again.

Service was good. We had a young girl who was very sweet and attentive. The calamari was overcooked, so it was a little rubbery. We waited until we had our appetizer at the table to order our meal because I really don't like to have the meal served the same time as the app. We'll, that didn't help, we had our meal in less than 5 minutes. Really fast! Both our meals, chicken, and veal were delicious. I have been here before, and I would go back with a few tweets in my experience.

Caesar salad is delicious and I love that you can order a 1/2 which is just the right amount. I love their spaghetti with wagyu meat sauce. Service is always good and restaurant is always clean.

One of the best Italian restaurants I’ve been to in a long time. House made pasta. Interesting wine list. Attention to detail. Well trained staff. I only come to the area a couple times a year but I’m positive this will be on my “must return” list.

This was our first time dining at Cibo Trattoria. Every single thing my husband and I ordered was excellent. We had the zucchini appetizer and I had the capellini puttanesca.. my husband a the veal special. We also had the rum cake.. I’d recommend any of these and definitely plan on going back. Service was great as well.

My wife and I recently enjoyed a date night at Cibo Trattoria. Our server was excellent—attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We started with the calamari appetizer, which was crisp and flavorful. My wife really liked her Linguini Pescatore; however, the Shrimp Del Ghiotto did not meet our expectations, as it lacked freshness and depth. On a positive note, the Rocca della Macìe Bianco had a pleasant aromatic finish that paired nicely with our meal. We look forward to returning to try other dishes.

We love the food, the service, the environment but what we did not like was the level of noise. You could barely hear the person next to you speak. I heard others complain as well as we were leaving. Maybe put rugs or decor that will absorb some of the noise.
