We had a lovely dinner at Cibo Matto. We both ordered the Chicken Piccata. The chicken filets were lightly coated with flour and sautéed, then covered with a delicious lemon butter sauce. My husband had the pasta and I had the sautéed vegetables. Both were cooked and served beautifully. New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc made a crisp accompanying drink. We will definitely return.

We celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary. Everything was outstanding; from the cocktails to mussels, crab cakes and chicken parmigiana. End dinner with coffee and tiramisu. Highly recommend this establishment.

The food was excellent, just overpriced compared to other restaurants of the same level. The menu also needs an update. I wish it were more like Corfinio which is your other property. You need to include those amazing Brussel sprout appetizer that they have at Corfinio. Also, get rid of the TV, nobody wants to see the news while they are out enjoying dinner and trying to escape. We were seated directly across from the kitchen. While it is fun seeing things prepared, all the food runners, delivery orders, etc were all happening inches away from us which made the atmosphere less romantic.

Cibo Matto is very consistent. The food is very tasty and high quality, cooked to perfection. Service is always friendly, quick, and helpful. The atmosphere can be hectic with close quarters, but we overlook that because everything else is awesome.

Plan on waiting 15-20 minutes passed your reservation. There is no waiting area so you are stuck in a high traffic area with diners within arms length. We ordered an appetizer but it never came. My chicken was really good, two people ordered the bolognese and it was just OK…my son’s burger was somehow overcooked and greasy. We ordered medium. There is not enough parking either.

We had an excellent experience celebrating a bday dinner. There were 5 of us and 3 of us had not eaten here before. The others had recommended it. The food, drinks and desserts were phenomenal!! The service was great; everyone was so attentive and served us with a smile. We really enjoyed our experience and it made for a memorable birthday celebration for one in our party and the rest of us also! We will most definitely be back!

Reservations highly recommended. It is a great place with great food. They were able to accommodate my dietary restrictions really well.
