Front desk and initial service were very good, but then it went downhill. Our starters arrived but for some bizarre reason the waiters decided to bring our main courses out to the table at the same time . What on earth were they thinking ! Were we expected to bolt our starters so quickly that the main courses were just slightly warm by the time that we tucked in to them ? Or just watch them get ever colder on the table in front of us ? They were duly sent back and were served a bit later on. Ordering a bottle of wine which became two glasses of wine instead was another slight issue. As for the food, well a seafood starter was satisfactory, although paprika overwhelmed the whole dish rather than being an accompanying flavour, and the Dover Sole was certainly fresh and nicely cooked. Overall the highs and lows averaged out to being just average.

Greeted nicely by doorman, and in reception. Friendly and polite service at the bar while waiting for the rest of my party. great food with very friendly waiters. lovely vibe and really enjoyed entertaining my clients here.

Restaurant had a lovely vibe and nice food, service let I down slightly. Staff could be more approachable.

The food was amazing but we were pretty much ignored once our main course was served. We constantly had to ask to get any kind of service. The staff were very attentive at first but as the restaurant got busy that all stopped.

Our experience at the restaurant was absolutely amazing! As a group, we visited for a get-together and were thoroughly impressed. The food was fantastic, the drinks were excellent, and the service was impeccable from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, every part of the experience, from the entrance and bar area to our dining table was seamless. The team was incredibly attentive, helpful, and professional while maintaining a warm and personable touch. A special mention goes to Luciano, who truly made our night unforgettable. Thank you for such a wonderful evening and we will definitely be back!

The interior is unmatched. The bathroom could be cleaner. The food was to high quality. The waiter we had, an older gent, with grey hair and glasses, was however, a real disservice to the experience. The gent in question was highly rude, no welcoming impression from any members of staff, no conversation or care. Our particular waiter, was rude throughout the meal, with a need to remove plates off the table whilst eating, to brush off crumbs as if to mock and belittle me and my party. We were a younger crowd, and he was simply ageist- with an older couple receiving much more conversation, by the same waiter. I also believe our order was incorrect but at this point just wanted to leave the facility to made no comment.

What a fabulous place, from the moment the door is opened for you and you walk into the elegant and ambient surroundings the whole experience is engaging and enriching. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond and the food is divine. A definite must visit whenever you’re in the area.
