Worst experience ever. AVOID. I came for my birthday celebration and specifically noted this down on my booking. I still received the worst experience. The pasta that I ordered was wrong, the wrong type of fries came, the wrong drink came, I got charged twice for things I didn’t order and got charged extra for toppings when I wasn’t told it would be an extra charge. When bringing up the fact that I got charged extra without being told, a VERY rude male manager handled the situation completely wrong and no compensation was given at all. The response was basically I can’t do anything about it. The service was atrocious and so was the ambience. A very very overcrowded and noisy restaurant. If you want better settings and food I’d AVOID

We love the changes made from the previous restaurant. The ambience was good, service great and food was outstanding.

The restaurant is stunning and the food was nice but the steak seemed like a low quality steak but the fish itself tasted nice when having everything together. The pasta shrimp was nice but a little bland. The service and atmosphere was 10/10.

Food was stone cold . Including the meat, which was chicken. The waiters were lovely and sent back to the kitchen to get another meal. I will not be returning to the Cibo in Manchester. The bad food put a downer on our day.

The food was excellent, cooked perfectly, and served in a timely manner. The staff were wonderful, and the atmosphere was really enjoyable. Overall, a great experience.

Fabulous! Couldn’t fault the whole evening, was made to feel very welcome. Beautiful refurbishment of interior, very pleasant, attentive staff, superb food.

We booked a table for 6 for a birthday meal. The restaurant was full but it still felt really personable. Food and service was excellent. When we told staff it was for a birthday they brought a small cake sample with a candle which was a really special touch and much appreciated given the fact we had only informed them when ordering our food. We would definately go back

First visit and definitely won’t be our last. All staff were friendly, service was a perfect speed and food was absolutely amazing. Restaurant itself is beautiful too. Can’t wait to return
