We had a table booked for 20:30 but we were only taken to our table at 21:20 due to tablets being “unavailable”. No one apologised for the delay. Once we were sat down it took a waiter 20 minutes to take our order and then our drinks only came when the food arrived but we had to remind the waitress we still did not have our drinks. Food tasted good. Nothing special and service was poor

Felt rushed from starter to mains Mains was not very hot - so disappointed Waiter clearing table before others had finished We did express our feelings about service & food not being hot but no offer of discount or coffee

I recently dined at Cibo and, unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations. While the ambiance was pleasant and the staff were friendly, the food left much to be desired.

Thé steak rib eye was disgusting. It tasted burnt with no flavour. Peppercorn sauce just tested like pepper.

Stunning old building with tasteful and impressive decor. Great food, service and atmosphere. Very busy, always a good sign. Would definitely recommend and will back next time we’re in Manchester. One of the best Italian restaurants I’ve been to in a long time.

Had a great evening, What stood out was the service to me experienced staff traditional Italian waiter service always appreciated. We do go to Sasso’s so knew Cibo wouldn’t disappoint. Great menu good choice of Fish we we really enjoyed, every course was cooked to perfection have to recommend the veal Liver was exceptional. Wine was reasonably priced and delicious. great decor and ambience would definitely recommend and will be returning.
