Lovely building and food itself was very nice but the service was poor. After being seated we waited a while to be served, following this one of the meals arrived cold. 2 out of the 3 of us had finished our meals and the waitress started to clear the table whilst one person was still eating which was rude, asking if the platter we were sharing was finished with (even though this was still half full of food). After finishing our meal it was difficult to revive the bill & we asked 3 times for the card machine. Overall very slow service

Was lovely food and nice drinks. Service overall was good. However, the restaurant was way too loud. As a table of 6 we couldn’t hear each other at all, it was my engagement celebration dinner and had to shout across the table to hear everyone. Would prefer slightly quieter music!

Food was universally excellent, but the service while very welcoming and polite became a little haphazard through the meal. Over all a great lunch.

Ristorante ai massimi livelli. Location unica. Elegante ricco in uno dei più bei palazzi di Manchester. Cibo ottimo, dalla pizza (tra le migliori mangiate in assoluto) e carta vini fornitissima. Prezzi ottimi.

The food was beautifully cooked, flavorful, and overall very enjoyable. The restaurant itself is housed in a stunning building with a lovely atmosphere, making it a great setting for a special occasion. However, I was a bit disappointed with the service. I had mentioned when booking that we were celebrating my daughter’s 21st birthday, but there was no acknowledgment of it. In many places, a small gesture like a dessert or cake is common for this type of occasion. Additionally, the service was quite slow, particularly with drink refills, and we had to wait a long time to settle the bill, which detracted from the overall experience.”

It was very busy so the service was very slow.. felt like we had to catch a waiters eye in order to ask for things. Table wasn’t set properly as we needed to ask for cutlery for 2 out of the 3 guests.
