Ciao Italian Restaurant is a family owned restaurant. We refuse to cut corners on our food. We search the market daily to find the freshest available local ingredients. All of our chicken stock, veal stock, and sauces are made fresh daily. Our food is all made from scratch and we cook to order, and its easy to accommodate any food allergies our special diets. Our Mama's meatballs, lasagna, marinara sauce, and our house made mozzarella are recipes that are passed down through the generations. We try to maintain a very friendly, cozy and happy feel to our restaurant. we ant you to feel like you are having a meal at one of your family's house. While we want to remain family friendly we also provide you with a restaurant that also has a romantic feel. Much of the same as the Tratorias of Italy. While we maintain a high level of service we like to keep it relaxed so that you can feel comfortable.

    We went for my birthday and expected an acknowledgement because I had noted the special occasion on my OpenTable reservation. The server did not mention it so I just let it go. I choose this restaurant because we had a wonderful dinner there 6 months ago. I ordered a GF pasta dish that was wonderful. I had planned to have it again but the server said they were out of GF pasta and that I should call ahead to be sure they have it next time. I ordered the filet mignon and it came with roasted fingerling sweet potatoes and asparagus. The potatoes were sizzling hot and delish while the asparagus was room temp and appeared to have been steamed. It was ok, but not great. The filet was cooked perfectly, med-rare, but was also room temp so not as good as it should have been. There was a delicious dark mushroom sauce served with the filet. Overall, I was satisfied, but the dinner was not as good as I expected. Our server was great and the atmosphere was pleasant.

    The calamari was tender and cooked perfectly as well as the veal piccata. Our server was right on point and took great care of us. I definitely recommend.

    We are locals and eat here at least once, every week or so. Food is outstanding and the staff is great!!!

    Great service!! Great food! Great atmosphere! Reservations a must! Had ravioli.. huge portion.. partner had clams with white clam sauce.. clams were plentiful .. delish! Greeted by Lily with friendly smile..Sean was our server.. he’s professional and efficient..never was out glass empty! Bartender, Vara.. always inviting and care about her customers! HIGHLY recommend!

    Chicken Calabrese was amazing! Creme Brule Cheesecake was a perfect ending. Peach Bellini Martini was just right. Great service!

    The calamari appetizer, bread, meals, and cannoli were all above expectations! I had the special of halibut picata with sun dried tomatoes and spinach with angel hair pasta and my husband had the chicken parm. The bread was warm and pesto very tasty, no butter needed. I had a blood orange Negroni and was so good I got a 2nd one! We were so full, but everything tasted so good we couldn’t miss dessert. The cannoli filling was perfectly done and the pastry was crispy and fresh. Our waitress was attentive and pleasant. You would never know how nice it looks inside from its location in a tiny strip mall. It’s a very small gem!
