Le Ciao Italia Ristorante a été fondé en 1991, à Orlando, en Floride, par Antonio et Josie Navarra. Tous deux sont originaires d'Italie, Antonio de Salerne et Josie de Palerme. Aujourd'hui, l'entreprise familiale Navarra ne compte pas seulement Antonio et Josie, mais également leurs trois enfants : Carmen, Vincenzo et Vanessa. Chaque membre est clé chez Ciao, ce qui a fait de ce restaurant l'un des plus anciens restaurants sur International Drive aujourd'hui, et explique pourquoi le Ciao Italia est lauréat du prix Zagat depuis 3 années consécutives, avec un classement élevé de 28 pour sa nourriture. Il s'est également vu décerner le certificat d'excellence de TripAdvisor. La famille Navarra vous attend avec impatience !

We had a great dinner here. Welcomed as soon as we entered, immediately given a table and waiter was right there. The service was fabulous..food excellent..we had a great experience.

Delicious food! The staff was on their game from the get go! Definitely on our list for the next time we visit Orlando. You can tell this restaurant is 1st or 2nd generation Italian.

Service was fantastic! The food was delicious. We had a lovely dinner. So glad we found this hidden gem. We’ll be back.

The chicken parm was good as were salads especially the orange family. Vodka sauce was just fair. The veal special was good although not as described. Was supposed to be veal stuffed with mozzarella and prosciutto. Was actually a veal chop stuffed with just mozzarella in end. Dissappointed

Had an absolute horrible experience with the service here.. My first time coming to this restaurant to surprise my valentines date with was terrible. We had a waiter named Sandro, he took our orders, and ordered wine. He took our wine glasses thinking that he was going to fill them up but never received them. Another waitress brought out the sparkling water when I asked for still (it can be a mistake). We never saw our waiter again after taking our orders nor did they bring our wine.. we had to stop other waiters / waitresses to ask them for our wine and change our water. We were never checked on. The other waitress that decided to assist us felt rude and was always in a hurry. I’ve seen the waiter that was supposed to wait our table wait for other tables multiple times, asking them about the food, their experiences, etc. I’ve never experienced anything like this.. I was expecting fine dining and amazing service given the amount of reviews. I will never go to this place again, horrible service to our first valentines date.

As we are from the St. Louis area, we frequently dine in an Italian community known as “The Hill”. Our experience here was every bit as genuine, delicious, and enjoyable as we could have expected. The specials of the night were excellent and the tiramisu was delightful. Our compliments to the chef, wait staff and family! We WILL return.

Place worked ok for us. Like others have stated the servers are a bit “abrupt”, but that’s the Italian way. Be forceful back and they melt and are fine . Food is “quasi” Italian … yes it’s old school Italy brought over … with some us flavors…. Overall the hype is more than the deliverable , so if you lower expectations you ll be fine !!! Enjoy

Food is obviously freshly made and prepared to order. Service was very attentive and everyone there made you feel very welcome.
