Great experience. Sadly they did not have the passionfruit cheesecake we always have On the whole lovely evening

Really nice visit. The mains were really lovely, the desserts not sure they were homemade. Pricey but would return.

It was very busy, it took 20 mins to be seated with a pre booked table. The service was slow and one of the mains wasn’t up to what was described on the menu, they did remove it off the bill and apologised. Been here quite a few times and always had great experience prior to this.

Food excellent quality. Service very slow. Waited a long time for pre dinner drinks and starters. Insufficient staff for full restaurant.

We'd been to Ciao Italia just once before, in the evening on a Saturday. Everything was good then, so we decided let's go for lunch, and again, everything was great, (except finding somewhere to park and it was raining). We parked in the residential road next to the restaurant, but it was a bit of a hike, made worse by the rain. On-street parking in Banstead seems limited to 1 hour, not enough for lunch. On leaving we spotted signs to a car park, which was definitely closer to the restaurant. No idea on cost, though. Anyway, as said, found was very good. We chose their set price menu which offered good choice at a very reasonable price.

We had a lovely meal, as usual. No difficulty in adjusting my dish to accommodate my allergy. We will be back!

We all had meals from the Sunday set menu, there was good choice, we could also have had meals from the ala carte menu.
