A beautiful restaurant with excellent food. Unfortunately the service was lacking. We didn't get our cocktails until our entrees were served. We will come again because the quality and variety of the food was wonderful.

My wife and I celebrated out anniversary there last night. The venue is bright and airy with very classy decor commemorating Italy. The service was very good with a very attentive waiter and owner. The food was excellent and portion sizes were spot on. My wife had the shrimp cocktail and I had the beet salad. Both not to be missed. We also very much enjoyed our entrées. My wife had the pollo rollatini and I had the pollo Ciao Bella. Both served with fresh seasonal vegetables and mashed potatoes. For dessert we shared the Tiramisu and my wife said it was one of the best she's ever had. We would highly recommend Ciao Bella for a nice evening out with great food and service.

Food was delicious and we loved the white table cloth style of the restaurant. Also very nice to have parking adjacent to the restaurant.

Really enjoyed celebratory dinner - excellent menu options, generous portions, very attentive service. Ambience was lovely - fun B&W photos of Italy, modern tasteful decor, clean and fresh. Will definitely return!

This is hands-down the worst restaurant in the Hudson Valley. Do not go here. Service was laughable, prices were exorbitant and the experience was horrible. Avoid going here at all costs. I give this place six months before it closes.

Ciao Bella is located in the old New Paltz train depot. There is an indoor and outdoor bar, inside dining seating as well patio dining. The menu is Italian with good specials to compliment the main menu. The dishes are of good size and quality. The staff is very pleasant and attentive.

Service was terrible, apps came out at all different times, app dishes never collected, dinner comes, no one came to say is everything ok, can I get you another glass of wine. Dinner dishes collected, very long time before anyone came to ask if we want desert.
