Really enjoyed celebratory dinner - excellent menu options, generous portions, very attentive service. Ambience was lovely - fun B&W photos of Italy, modern tasteful decor, clean and fresh. Will definitely return!

This is hands-down the worst restaurant in the Hudson Valley. Do not go here. Service was laughable, prices were exorbitant and the experience was horrible. Avoid going here at all costs. I give this place six months before it closes.

Ciao Bella is located in the old New Paltz train depot. There is an indoor and outdoor bar, inside dining seating as well patio dining. The menu is Italian with good specials to compliment the main menu. The dishes are of good size and quality. The staff is very pleasant and attentive.

Service was terrible, apps came out at all different times, app dishes never collected, dinner comes, no one came to say is everything ok, can I get you another glass of wine. Dinner dishes collected, very long time before anyone came to ask if we want desert.

The oysters are perfect! Cocktails delicious. Enjoyed different pasta dishes especially the Carbonara! It was the perfect place to celebrate our son's graduation from SUNY New Paltz!

Staff was welcoming and service was attentive. The setting is charming, nicely decorated and spotless. Food was good, especially the calamari and the Pollo Ciao Bella. The Pollo Palliard was a little dry, could use a sauce, and the Linguine Alla Vongoli could use a more generous portion of clams and more sauce. Salads were all enjoyed, Cappuccino was very good. We were not rushed, so we enjoyed a leisurely celebration. Overall, very pleased and would return when in the area.

We had a great experience here. The restaurant is lovely - bright and inviting. The service was excellent, and all of the meals were delicious.
