We brought our daughter and a friend to the Pavilion for a concert and were early for our reservation by about 1 1/2 hours. They had no problem getting us a seat in the bar area and reminded us about the GREAT happy hour specials and to take advantage of them. Our waiter was Luis, and he was absolutely amazing. Suggested the Plantain Crusted Calimari and he was RIGHT! Perfectly cooked and the two sauces that came with them paired perfectly. The wife and I both had the Churrasco Argentino steak. Melt in your mouth and the sides were perfect. WE Will be back. If you go , you have to ask for Luis!. We sat there and had a relaxing dinner didn't realize we were there talking and enjoying ourselves for almost 4 hours.. You can't go wrong!

Although the atmosphere was great and the banana chips and the lobster bisque soup was delicious. Our waiter was the bartender too. Therefore neglecting us. We were there to celebrate a birthday, very disappointed!! The waiter, James was trying but the dual roll took away from tending to our basic needs. Our steaks came out cold, I’m sure it’s because the waiter was mixing drinks. When the hostess (I think) asked if everything was good I told her our steaks (entire meal) is room temperature she said, “should I put everything in the microwave “ SMH . They were medium steaks, now I’m going to get them well done and now I’m going to feel like I’m eating leftovers at home. The waiter did apologize but for the price and location I expected more, I could have went to Chili’s and received that type of Quality and service. But those banana chips and the Lobster Bisque soup was highlight of the meal. Larry

The food was phenomenal! One of the dishes I was looking forward to had run out but the manager made a few for just for us. The view was great, right on the waterway. Only problem were the patrons behind us who had their children running around and screaming. Otherwise the food was delicious and the drinks were great!

It’s been a while since we’ve been here, we will NOT be going back! Horrible service and there were only 10-12 customers. All the server’s were talking and not paying attention. We had to fill our own water, wine and once food was dropped off he never came back to check and we had a question. I spoke with the manager mid way through and it didn’t change. I’ll be surprised if this location stays open much longer.

The server allowed 1 sixteen year old girl to get a kids meal, but denied the other 2 sixteen year old girls the option. She was rude.

Service was very slow this time. We go all the time and never had slow service. Ordered drinks and other table were served before we were (other tables sat after us got served). Asked for our dinner order and had rj flag down server. Over all disappointed in service. I’m sure this was a one off. Restaurant was hot due to door opening for patio service. Kept slamming shut. Very loud

Excellent food! Everything we ordered was delicious. Our waitress was wonderful. We sat in the dining room by the waterway and it was uncomfortably warm and we had the sun in our eyes. It was obvious that they were having trouble keeping the restaurant cool as the servers were going in and out of the dining room to the deck outside.

Our server completely forgot about us. We had to go ask for our wine and the food took entirely too long for the number of people there. The server wasn’t busy except chatting with friends. We tried to get the manager’s attention but he was too busy chatting with the host. The food was good but not worth the hassle. We won’t be back.
