Le Churchill's est véritablement l'un des plus grands steakhouses au pays. Il est l'un des seuls steakhouses servant exclusivement du bœuf 100 % primé USDA du Midwest, nourri au maïs. Les filets sont vieillis à sec et tranchés à la main sur place par le maître boucher afin d'assurer la meilleure qualité. Les steaks sont cuits sur un gril fait sur mesure, avec chaleur contrôlée, à très haute température (de 980 à 1200 °Celsius), ce qui donne une cuisson des plus parfaites, avec une viande qui conserve tous ses jus. L'impressionnant menu du Churchill's comprend des viandes des États-Unis primées USDA telles que les côtelettes d'agneau, les côtelettes de porc Duroc, de même que du poisson frais, des crustacés et des fruits de mer de saison, comme des pinces de crabe de pierre de Floride et du saumon frais d'Alaska. La boulangerie produit des petits pains frais cuits chaque jour et une variété de gâteaux et de desserts faits maison. Vous devez absolument essayer le fameux « Chocolate Sack » dès votre première visite. Le bar-salon animé, situé à l'étage inférieur, crée une ambiance élégante et décontractée et propose des concerts de piano sept soirs par semaine.

We relocated to the Spokane area from Chicago and was happy to find Churchill's as it's the closest we can get to a Chicago steakhouse. Our usual is to sit in the bar and enjoy their great cocktails, the beefsteak tomato salad, oysters rockefeller with a side of mac and cheese, then the chocolate sack for dessert. All drinks and food are great quality. We did have some issues though with this visit. First, the server did not pace out our dishes correctly. My husband and I each got our salads together, but then his crab cakes came out and I sat there with nothing to eat. Then my oysters and side came out while he sat there with nothing to eat. Second, the oysters rockefeller were not of the quality like previous - hardly any spinach filling, was mostly the small oyster and bernaise sauce. Most importantly, the biggest issue with this visit was the price for the drinks/lack of value. It is shocking to see champagne drinks and Old Fashions priced $20 and up. Those are prices I pay in the west loop of Chicago - not what I expect to pay in Spokane. They may be under new management (?). Not happy with the gaps I'm starting to see.

We arrived early for the reservation and was seated right away. The wine the server recommended was excellent. The food was delicious from appetizers thru dessert.

Started with Burrata appetizer that was the most extensive and flavorful presentation I have seen. Wait staff showed perfect attention level. Chilean Sea Bass cooked perfectly. Ribeye was ideal portion size and prepared as requested. Waiter knowledgeable of the wine selection. Ambiance—nicest in Spokane. A beautiful restaurant for a special evening. This restaurant is on a higher level than any other restaurant locally. We are retired and plan to visit restaurants that we didn’t have time to try. I think it will be difficult to find another equal to Churchhill’s.

Excellent in all areas—service, steaks cooked perfectly and tender, all sides were delicious, best hot rolls. Nice quiet atmosphere so we could enjoy our wine and conversation.

The steakhouse I went to yesterday was the most wonderful place I’ve ever been in my life. The food was amazing and the dessert was amazing too.

I always have a fantastic experience here. A little off this time. I was charged for two glass of wine that I did not order ($50) and a guest at my table didn’t get a cup of chowder that was ordered. I should have checked the receipt, but I didn’t want to break up the moment with my guests. We will be back, but this visit left room for improvement.

Amazing food and service for my nieces 15th birthday! The steak was cooked to perfection, and the attention to detail was not overlooked! Thank you for making this a special day with wonderful food and a pianist dedicating songs to my girl! You are the BEST!
