The heart of Glasgow’s Southside. We are a Bar & Restaurant for the locals, ran by locals and here to celebrate the greater side of Glasgow.

We pride ourselves on being the venue for every occasion, whether that be shakin’ up some cocktails on a Tuesday, bringing in Gran’s 80th birthday on Friday or enjoying a wholesome Roast on a Sunday. We have recently launched a new menu with a real “POW with WOW!” and you can expect a little tingle on your taste buds as you read through our new food and drinks menu.

Join us for a tree-mendous morning of festive family fun yule be sorry to miss! Santa will be here spreading Christmas cheer at his Grotto, giving the perfect opportunity for a festive photo op and his elf helpers will even be handing out presents to those on the 'nice list'. When: 7th, 14th and 21st December from 10 am to 1 pm-Santa will be visiting from 10:30am to 12:30 pm What's included...? Priced at £15per person, kids will receive a drink, a pancake stack with a choice of toppings, a present, AND a chance to meet Santa and his elves! Adults will receive a brunch dish per person, with filter tea & coffee. Please note that we will contact you in advance of your booking to help Santa provide age appropriate gifts for your little ones!

ABBA night was an absolute amazing show. We are looking forward to much more amazing nights. Staff is amazing and friendly, love the atmosphere.

Nice atmosphere. Waiter was cheery and attentive Food was good. Starters really nice. Mains good.

Went with family of 9 and got great service from the staff. Everyone enjoyed their meals and food was great value

Staff were all v friendly and accommodating (two kids in the party). Food was absolutely excellent!

Thoroughly enjoyed our evening. We chose tapas and it was delicious. Prices are good value and staff very welcoming and efficient. Can't wait to go back.

When booking, staff we spoke to were super friendly and helpful. But when we turned up, we were first stopped by a group of 3 men dressed in plain t-shirts stood outside the venue smoking and chatting. "Right have you's all got ID?". We genuinely couldn't tell if this was just a tipsy punter having a joke around or if they worked for the venue. Eventually we said we had a booking to which he just replied, oh ok just head in then." Really odd first impression. The staff from that point, with the exception of the nice gent who took our payment at the end, were really not switched on. They seemed distracted, disinterested and often left us wondering what was about to happen next. Had she finished taking the order? Who knows, she just wandered off. Could we order drinks? She didn't seem sure. The whole thing was really disjointed and the guests we had invited with us who were visiting from abroad found the whole experience pretty amusing. I really don't think I'd recommend the place for food after last night, even though the meal was tasty.

Hi there, Firstly I want apologise for the customers at the front door, I can confirm that we did not have any door staff on that day and unfortunately it seems they were joking around but I am sorry that it was not a great first impression. In regards to the service we do thank you for bringing this to our attention, we are disappointed to hear that it was not up to the expected standards and we obviously want everyone who joins us for a meal or drinks to have the best time possible, we will be working with the team to make sure this does not happen again and hope you will give us another chance to show that we can be much better than our performance on this day. We do hope to see you again soon and hope your guests had a lovely rest of their trip to Scotland. Many thanks, Team Church
