Stew and the entire staff at Chucks are absolutely amazing. The food is delicious with balanced flavours and the beef is always premium. Each server is pleasant and welcoming and the atmosphere is unpretentious for how high end the eating is. We love Chucks and will return again and again.

Outstanding! This is the place for steak in Banff. We had the chateaubriand and it was perfect! The potato, carrots and mushroom sides were perfectly seasoned. Worth the $$$.

The quality and of the food was outstanding. Staff were great, particularly our server Tommy. If there was one fault the portions were massive!! One of the best steaks ever eaten.

This steakhouse has a lovely location on the corner near the river. Its second floor location and large windows all around make for a beautiful setting. The menu is beef heavy of course. The suggestions to share the steak and sides was perfect for us. The service was excellent we had a bit of issue with the wine but as soon as I brought it to the server’s attention it was dealt with very well.

The food was delicious, and our server, Mike, provided great atmosphere and service. In addition to the delicious meat, I highly recommend getting the table-side Caesar salad!

Our female server made a very good tableside Caesar salad. The restaurant atmosphere was nice and the steaks were good.

Steak was cooked to perfection and delicious! We had the French fries and they were amazing. Crunchy and a lot of them! Dirty martini was just ok. I would chose a featured drink if I would go again. Service was excellent and server was very kind and upbeat. I definitely recommend.

Besides serving fantastic Alberta beef, the service was attentive and friendly. We have already had two steak dinners two days in a row earlier, but Chuck’s steaks were still stood out. The manager was also exceptional since we mistakenly arrived early but he graciously seated us.
