Outstanding! This is the place for steak in Banff. We had the chateaubriand and it was perfect! The potato, carrots and mushroom sides were perfectly seasoned. Worth the $$$.

This steakhouse has a lovely location on the corner near the river. Its second floor location and large windows all around make for a beautiful setting. The menu is beef heavy of course. The suggestions to share the steak and sides was perfect for us. The service was excellent we had a bit of issue with the wine but as soon as I brought it to the server’s attention it was dealt with very well.

The food was delicious, and our server, Mike, provided great atmosphere and service. In addition to the delicious meat, I highly recommend getting the table-side Caesar salad!

Steak was cooked to perfection and delicious! We had the French fries and they were amazing. Crunchy and a lot of them! Dirty martini was just ok. I would chose a featured drink if I would go again. Service was excellent and server was very kind and upbeat. I definitely recommend.

Besides serving fantastic Alberta beef, the service was attentive and friendly. We have already had two steak dinners two days in a row earlier, but Chuck’s steaks were still stood out. The manager was also exceptional since we mistakenly arrived early but he graciously seated us.

A stellar experience because of the superior service (Candice thank you!), and superior food! The Ribeye and Filet and sides were absolutely perfect. It was relaxing and everything was pristine! Every detail was attended to. It was a very special meal and we would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a great dining experience!

Great service, but the food is way over priced for the quality of the steaks! Paying for each side dish is very annoying! Not worth the hype!

Food was great and our server Julia was to knoch. My ribeye was awesome, wouldn't hesitate to come back.

This was our fourth time enjoying dinner at Chuck's over the past few years...we consider it to a mandatory stop any time we visit Banff. As always the food was delicious and the service was excellent. We really enjoyed the Caesar salad which was prepared tableside and our server did a great job at helping us decide which sides to order to share at our table. We can't wait for our next opportunity to visit Chuck's again...oh, and Banff! ;)
