Best steakhouse in all of Alberta! No one comes close! Amazing steaks, appetizers, caesar salad, and do NOT get me started on the desserts! Must try spot if you’re visiting Banff!

Our steaks were PERFECTLY done; everything was quite delicious, including our cocktails (I had a Lenticular Martini, so named because the three olives are arranged like lenticular clouds) and the sweet corn accompaniment. Special shoutout to our server, Caeleigh, who was extremely efficient and friendly. Five stars-plus all around!

Unforgettable Dining Experience at Chuck's Steakhouse Our dinner at Chuck's Steakhouse was nothing short of amazing! We had the Taste of Alberta and The Chateaubriand The steak was cooked to absolute perfection—tender, flavorful, and delicious. The sides were equally outstanding: the corn, confit potatoes , beef dumplings, and mushrooms were a burst of unforgettable flavors. And to top it all off, the banana pie was hands down the best I’ve ever had. A special shoutout to our server, Hunter, who was incredibly hospitable and attentive, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. From start to finish, I had an absolute blast, and I can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic service at the bar. Proper meal and excellent advice on a Solid wine list. The Alberta grass fed dry aged meat is Excellent, fried were perfect along with salad and a top shelf espresso to finish. All the staff are Kind, and help create a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Don’t miss this great spot!

We had a good experience here. I wouldn’t say it was exceptional but it was better than ok. Charging for sauce for your steak seems a bit much, the steak was good but not one of the best I’ve had. Interestingly, I enjoyed the Caesar salad. Nice set up & a good vibe.

If you're looking for good quality steak- this is the place to go. I was served by Simon, wonderful server. This was my 7th time going. It's nice to see the quality of service has not dwindled. I would highly recommend.

The waiter was impatient by coming every other second to grab a plate which we were still working on, although we were only there for total of less than 20 minutes! The food was unnecessarily expensive and for three steaks we ordered, there were not even a sliver of side at all! You can put two pieces of fries or carrot or letuce beside a 90 dollar steak!!!! Overpriced and over rated, do not recommend at all.
