I will never go back again! Arrived at 5:45 - ate at 7:30. 3 different servers all failed. Order came out cold . Waited 30 minutes for a drink. I had someone in from out of town. Horrible experience! Having been in the service industry I’m more lenient … this was just bad.

We were sat on the patio and the food took 45 minutes. The steak was nothing but gristle and was really dry. Then when we went to pay our bill, the steak rang up at $35 when the menu clearly says $29. The waiter said he could fix it but it would take a while, which by this time we didn’t have because we were seeing g a concert down the block. I schedule nearly 2 hours for dinner and we barely made it the concert in time. The server offered us free apps for next time, but honestly I don’t think we will be back.

Our waitress was absent minded, I asked for a glass of ice for the warm water we received at the start of dinner and never received it. The table next to us asked her for wine 4 times before she brought it. She was nice and personable. They were out of the beer my husband ordered. They were running short on wine glasses and came to collect them from tables who had finished, the place did not see overly crowded, there were open tables so what happens on a night when it is busy. The food was ok. My lobster roll was similar to ground beef and had one claw chunk, I was expecting more chunk meat, but it tasted good. My husband had steak and said it ok, but not terrible. We would probably give it another try and maybe order a pasta dish as those seemed to look better and seemed to be somewhat of a specialty

The food was delicious.The service was awesome. Ricky was attentive and efficient. Drinks were awesome. We will be back.

The food itself wasn’t bad, but I felt the higher pricing is based the fine dining experience, not a better quality meal. The portions were good sized, but the steak tips, lobster tail, and burger weren’t any better than what you might get at a national chain restaurant instead. There were also a lot of items on the menu that were out of stock. Great atmosphere and the service was above average from the servers and food runners. We’ll probably be back, but we might stick to drinks and appetizers as those were still reasonably priced, but still come with the better experience than a chain restaurant.

Went there last night at 8:30. We sat outside and had the best weight staff and best food! Wait staff was so kind and accommodating as we did come in late. This is my favorite restaurant!! Don’t know the name of the male bartender/server upstairs, but he was awesome! Had had a tough day, but ended with a great experience! Thank you!

2 out of the 4 meals (baked haddock) had luke warm fish and cold rice. The rice was promptly replaced. Our server was also the bar tender, so the overall service could have been better - through no fault of the server. It would appear they need more staff members. The other 2 meals (fish and chips) were very good.

We waited over an hour for our food. There was only one waitress and it was not her fault at all. I have been a long time Christopher’s customer and ever since they changed hands the service and atmosphere is not the same. There is even a decline in the food. I used to recommend Christopher’s to everyone and now I don’t. It’s too bad, as this was one of my favorite restaurants as I’m a resident of Woonsocket. I will go back, because it’s close to home, but probably not soon.
