Initialement ouvert en 1991 au cœur de Covent Garden et célébrant son 25e anniversaire cette année, le Christopher's est solidement établi comme l'un des meilleurs restaurants américains de Londres. Composée de trois espaces qui rappellent le glamour enivrant de l'ère moderne américaine, le Christopher's vous propose un Martini Bar au rez-de-chaussée, une élégante salle à manger au premier étage et, au sous-sol, un Club Room intime pour des événements privés. Installé dans un bâtiment historique de classification 'Grade II' dont le passé intéressant inclut l'ouverture du premier casino légal à Londres en 1870, le Christopher's propose un vaste menu de cuisine américaine moderne. Excellent lobster bisque and steaks, washed down with a couple of bottles of decent Malbec. The music was a bit too loud at times.

Lovely Sunday brunch and great service. We were celebrating a birthday and it was a lovely touch to have the sparkler on the desert we ordered. The food is just okay. The menu has a great range so should be something there for vegetarians and meat eaters, not sure about vegans. The food presentation was nice too but again food could have been hotter and had more depth in flavours.

I've been to the weekend brunch before, but I haven't been since last year. Got the french toast and the omlette. Both werent as good as it has been previously, but they were ok. Also was celebrating a milestone which I mentioned in the booking. It wasn't acknowledged at all until the end when getting the bill, the waiter said congratulations. Although i appreciate the effort it felt after the fact. The atmosphere was nice and the staff were friendly and welcoming overall.

Lovely food and setting. Super decor and vibe. Poor service, waited a while for drinks order and plates etc. to be taken. Not asked how meal was going etc. cocktails sent back as really bitter and watery to say it’s a ‘martini bar’. Toilets untidy and needed some attention. Overall lovely food but disappointing experience.

This used to be a top restaurant and the quality of the food is still excellent but the service is terrible. At a cost of £270 for two I feel the service should be exemplary. The staff are very offhand, showed no interest in discussing the menu and gave us warm tap water in a jug with no ice or even a slice of lemon. On leaving the receptionist completely ignored us as we said goodbye. In all a very unsatisfactory experience.

The weekend brunch was exquisite there was so much choice it was difficult to choose. -I went with the brioche French toast
