Chops made my dad’s birthday celebration very special. From the owner greeting us as we arrived, to giving us the best table, to the attentive waiter handling our order and providing appealing recommendations — everything was 10/10. Dad had the Tomahawk and I had the Porterhouse for two. Sensational.

Nice atmosphere; wonderful greater who sat us and came by often to see if everything was going well. The men had cowboy rib eye steaks (delicious!)...the ladies had cowboy pork chops (my pork chop was dry - but maybe my mistake - I wasn't asked how I liked it cooked and I forgot to tellour waiter medium rare. But overall a very nice, very pricey experience.

The staff was AMAZING! Went here with my wife for a late ressy for our anniversary, the table wasn’t ready yet, which we understood, the bar tender Theresa made the experience wonderful and the Matre de was so accommodating, he gave us complementary champagne for our special day and even comped our app and drinks from the bar, I couldn’t believe it… that was so nice and when we did get escorted to our seat the food was fantastic and the server Mel was so friendly and helpful. And of course the food was great! Nice steak, great mash n a really yummy seafood pasta dish! We will certainly be back!

This establishment is a jewel in Patchogue. We went last night and the food, service, host, bartenders are all there to make your experience stellar.

It’s a fantastic place. Very expensive but we knew that going in. Everything was perfect. It was worth the money. Most places that I’ve been to in this price range have been subpar and you leave feeling ripped off but not Chops! I had the cowboy ribeye and it was excellent

The staff is most attentive; the owner is always eager to please and accommodate. We ordered the cowboy ribeye and the evening menu special of NY Strip with scallops. Both superb!. My only minor recommendation is to place a little brighter lighting at the tables, as I needed my phone flashlight to read the menu. But that may be just me. Fabulous restaurant for a special occasion. Reservations on Open Table are a must!
