Due to reduced staffing levels, only tables in the bar area are avaiable. It's loud.

My last experience at Chopps (a few yrs ago) was so great, my husband and I wanted to try it again. BIG MISTAKE! The appetizers were inedible; we got the check at this point and went to Tuscan Kitchen. AND - $90.00 without a tip for 2 appetizers, 1 beer, 2 glasses of pinot grigio and 1 mixed drink. NOT WORTH THE TRIP! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DON'T GO! I got the impression Marriott does not care about US customers...now, I won't even stay at a Marriott anywhere...

While we realize that this is a new venture after Covid, Chopps used to be much better. Gone are the servers who brought you coffee, tea and assorted beverages, making it a truly cafeteria style atmosphere. This may be what some people like but after the original Chopps, we were subjected to a less than stellar experience for brunch. The scrambled eggs were horrible. Coffee and tea are served in paper cups at a station. The omelet station was manned by one gentleman who was pleasant but really didn't know that you fold an omelet before presenting it. Fruits and waffles were good, as were the bacon, sausage and cereals. Hard to goof those things up. I don't believe we'll be going back to his version of Chopps unless we hear they have made some adjustments to their presentation.

Very nice hidden gem inconvenient for hotel guest. The food was delicious and the service was phenomenal.

The food was good, there was a bit of a waits between orders and arrival, it was worth the wait. I realize there seems to be some new hires. I was disappointed that we were not in the dining area and put in the bar. The server was very pleasant and she was attentive to make sure the drink and food orders were correct. it was my husbands 60th birthday and they did bring out a slice of cheese cake? with a candle and sang Happy Birthday!

I ordered a shrimp and scallop linguini meal - it was very bland, lacking flavor; the scallops were charred on one side. Not great. Servers were friendly but overly busy.

First time diner, mixed feelings for a Saturday night family dinner. Nice hotel and large venue with options for open space seating or quiet corner tables. Food was good drinks also but noticeably different bartenders making orders to their preference not menu. Similar with entrees as chicken Marsala described with potatoes and asparagus arrived over linguini. Still tasty but not as described without warning. Final dessert and coffee was a delay to arrive to table. I’d give it another visit hoping for our new waitress to become more settled with menu and service. 8/10 thanks to staff for being professional and answering questions.
