The steaks were cooked perfectly. Our waiter David was excellent and spot on with recommendations and attentiveness.

Had 8PM reservation for Valentine’s Day dinner with wife. I had been prior and had exceptional experience and service. This occasion, however, was not as stellar. We arrived and sat at the bar ~7:10PM. Not only did the bartender outright ignore us (didn’t ask for drink choices for close to 15 minutes, waitress gave us waters) but went so far as to spitefully ask & fulfill order of two patrons who arrived 10 minutes after us and sat directly to our left… we have absolutely zero clue why the bartender had such animus towards us as we had made a point to be friendly from the onset by asking what drinks he recommended. He stared blankly and said nothing while two other female staff enthusiastically carried the conversation. I would imagine this is the type of question management would hope customers ask to give Chophouse a chance to indulge on their cocktail menu (e.g. sales). At this point we politely notified the manager, Ryan, whom promptly resolved the situation by immediately seating us and comping our first round. Our waitress and the other staff were top-notch, AAA, as would be expected at a highly rated steakhouse. Extremely unfortunate as otherwise this would have been a five-star review - we greatly appreciate the staffs effort to correct & reconcile the situation. Strongly encourage management to address the failure at the bar as presumably this is the first point of contact for many patrons.

This place is amazing! The food is better than other high-end restaurants. The atmosphere is great and the staff was outstanding. We will definitely be back. The surf and turf is a must-have, and for the budget friendly, you can split it. The drinks were top-notch, and the cheesecake was amazing!!!! This place is a 10!!!!

Our evening started in the Oak Room for an appetizer and cocktails. Kory was great. Cocktails and shrimp app was perfect. The shrimp app is a large size. We had reservations for dinner. This was our Valentines evening celebration. We celebrate special occasions often here. It’s become a special place w have many memories celebrated. Our server was the absolute most pleasant gal. One of the best servers we’ve had over the years. Everything you would desire for a nice evening service and good wise was on point. The cowboy was so flavorful at MR temp.Very nice lobster tails and spinach. We always ask for light seasoning on the spinach. Au gratin potatoes are always so creamy and delicious. Ended with crème brûlée . We had a nice bottle of Molly Dooker wine. Recommended for us for the notes we like in a red wine. Just such a wonderful evening.
