   We have come to expect slow service and usually we leave ourselves plenty of time so it isn’t an issue. Today, a holiday that we prepared for was the worst experience we have had. Our waitress was busy of course but barely came to our table. Drinks were empty and even when asked for me she walked away grabbed our check and brought that back, still no drink. People that were joining us asked for more bread which they were told since it’s a holiday they can’t give more bread to a table. They would have gladly paid for it but she walked away. I believe they should be better prepared for a holiday and should they not have the help to accommodate the amount of tables, don’t seat that many people.

   First time visiting and we enjoyed the service, dinner and  ambience. Steaks were cooked as requested. The side dishes were on the small side for a steakhouse restaurant, but were delicious. Service was great. Recommend if you are in the area for a ballgame or some shopping.

   Seated on time, service was great, food very good.. little noisy with a lot of prom dates but a very enjoyable evening. My wife said the Salomon was excellent and my chicken sandwich was great..

   The food was good. The atmosphere was nice. Our server was nice. The kitchen service was a little confused, delivered our salads to the wrong table and vice versa.

   We were a party of 4 and 3 ordered a beef dish and all said it was traffic. One ordered a fish dish, similar to typical fish and chips. It was flounder and it was either overcooked or suffered from freezer burn as it was dry and tough. This was our 4th time there with friends and family and the first bad meal we have had. The takeaway is do not order seafood at a great steakhouse.

   A great option if you want a nice meal in Kannapolis. Costs are very reasonable, service at the bar and at the table was great. We had no issues and enjoyed a nice family celebration. Felt bad for the group that took our table next - didn't realize they had been waiting for about 30 minutes (we were a party of 6 adults and were there for a little under two hours).

    The food was fantastic! I had a filet that was cooked to perfection and seasoned beautifully. The cocktails were excellent as well. I’ll definitely be returning, especially with such great prices!
