Celebrated out wedding anniversary their last night. Had reservations, seated promptly, served quickly, had a delicious meal and was out in 35 minutes. One of our favorite places to eat.

Food was delicious and came out rather quickly, even though they were busy. Easy to make reservations. They have a great selection of allocated bourbons in stock and the prices were very reasonable.

We took our aunt for lunch today at Chophouse and it was not what we expected. I haven't been to Chophouse in over a year and when we walked in today, there was a small chalkboard that read we needed to seat ourselves. No hostess, and when we were brought menus, they were on a laminated sheet of paper. I have no idea what happened here at the lunch hour but the food was okay, nothing exciting. The whole reason we went to lunch at Chophouse was the steak that I got last year and because the food, on the whole, was always excellent every time we've been. Not today. Something has shifted in this restaurant - definitely gone downhill. There were barely any satisfying healthy options. I ordered the Chophouse bowl and it was okay, but the steak that was in the bowl was not a good cut of meat. There was a big piece of fat in the bowl. We won't be back. I hope Chophouse can right the ship at lunch. This place used to be amazing!

Came for me and my wife’s anniversary. I put in the notes field of the reservation to indicate that. While it was not acknowledged (this is the 2nd time), the hostess was rude. I asked if I can have flowers delivered to be placed on the table, she told me they don’t do that, she was a bit harsh in the response. I anticipated it was a bad day, however, this isn’t the first time it happened. Our server, who didn’t have many tables to service was very forgetful in drinks, sauce, and even a to-go box. It was just a rough experience all around. I don’t know why it asks to indicate occasions on the reservation if they’re never acknowledged. I still enjoy a good steak and will be back but the overall ambiance for why we came wasn’t the best and this happened 2 years in a row. We decided to just come for an average dinner but not to celebrate any occasion, going forward. We had a better experience getting ice cream at a local place down the street than we did for our dinner. You would think they have a better service aspect for the price paid. (Food, drinks, extras, etc).

Food is inexpensive and the inside isn’t very clean. Our server was very nice but would not be in a rush to go back. My drink was undrinkable and tasted watered down.

Chophouse 101 is always excellent! Our server Martin went above and beyond, and the steaks were cooked perfectly! Chophouse 101 is a great spot in Kannapolis for a nice dinner before spending time in the social district. Highly recommend!

We met friends for a late lunch. Chophouse never disappoints. We had a great meal and the service was excellent.

This is our 10th time going here since they opened. Food was good so was the value. However it was too hot in the front of the restaurant. Also the service could have been alittle better but we understand it was a busy Saturday evening.

First time ever here. Brought my family, we all got steak and it was one of the best steaks I ever had. So tender you could of cut the meat with a butter knife. We will be back.
