CHOP was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with energetic rooms, stylish décor, and an award winning patio accompanied by friendly hospitality. Located in the heart of the Vaughan Colossus entertainment area - we are open for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night!

I was very upset because I’ve had bad experience here before, but I thought I would do it another chance. The service I received was unacceptable. Our waitress brought our food and then we were ignored the whole night. We watched the rest of the waitresses at tend to other tables, and our waitress never reappeared. When we ask one of the waitresses to call our waitress., She came in with the bill. No chance to order dessert so we got up and left.

We had a lovely evening out with our little one celebrating my hubbys birthday. Food was delicious and our server was great!

Manager brought a complimentary appetizer to welcome us as first time patrons. Nice added bonus. Food was quite good Dessert trio was enough for the table of 4 to share. Service was exceptional

The food was good aka cob salad with steak. But the portion seems to have shrunk from last year . Usually you get a lot more salad . I guess they want yo keep the price point . Overall still a good experience

Service and food were both excellent, the smoked rib eye was to die for. Definitely one of my favourite restaurants, will certainly be back soon!

Always taken care of well… staff are keen to know when to let you leave you to enjoy the conversations with your clients and when to check in. Is becoming one of my go to spots for business lunches!

We love dining at Chop in Vaughan. The staff there is like family. They stop by and hello specially the management. Busy or not they take time to chat. Some even say wave to say hello from afar just to acknowledge us. Great food, friendly staff, great experience as always!

The service was excellent. The restaurant is beautiful and comfortable. The food is lacking. The salmon is flavourless and the rice pilaf is dry. Something you get out of the box. Vegetables were OK nothing spectacular no seasoning. The prime rib was OK not as good as The Keg restaurant. The steak again was OK a little rubbery on the edges, the baked potato was dry and shrivelled up not very pleasing. The keg offers fresh bread before every meal and their food is much more flavorful. I believe chop is trying to be at that level, but it’s not.
