CHOP was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with energetic rooms, stylish décor, and an award winning patio accompanied by friendly hospitality. We had an amazing experience in this restaurant. Our server was super nice and gave great recommendations based on our preferences. Food was wonderful and tasted great I opted for the oven roasted chicken while my boyfriend got the filet! Food was out within good timing! I would highly recommend the upside down pineapple cake! Would highly recommend this restaurant if for a date night, or wanting to splurge a bit on a fancy dinner!

Our server Anthony was incredibly attentive and made us feel like VIPs throughout the entire meal. The food was absolutely phenomenal. The steak was cooked to perfection—juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor. The drinks were amazing as well! It was clear that a lot of care and attention to detail went into every aspect of our dining experience. Overall, Chop Steakhouse & Bar offers an exceptional culinary experience with top-notch service. Highly recommended!

I went with my family for my brother in laws birthday. The restaurant itself is modern and chic. But the food was expensive for its quality. Not much flavour to most of the dishes we ordered. I think it was overpriced, server was ok. Not super attentive but ok.

Lunch with my wife for her birthday - We ordered steak+lobster tail from the dinner menu, and the prime rib. The hostess greeted us politely and accommodated us by moving us from the patio to a small table by the bar area. It was extremely hot outside. The dinner room was sealed off for construction but no work was done while we were dining there. The bar area was actually the seats at the bar plus many tables and booths around the bar for dining. Drinks and food came quickly. The steak was crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and perfectly cooked for medium. The lobster tail was small but great with the butter which somehow was very tasty. It came with plenty of vegetable. The baked potato was excellent with just enough sour cream, butter, chive, and tasty smoked bacon. My wife loved it. The prime rib was excellent. I ordered medium and it came exactly that way. It was one of the best prime ribs I ever had, a bigger portion than I expected, tender and soft, juicy, and tasty. There was plenty of vegetable and the mashed potato was good. There was plenty of food, and we couldn't finish everything. Then they gave us a small piece of blueberry cheese cake with Happy Birthday written on it with chocolate syrup for free because it was my wife's birthday. Good cheesecake. Highly recommended, and we will definitely go back.

We always enjoy CHOP , just found the soccer game, distracted the employees at times which was good, but also bad , nobody paid attention to the volume during halftime. The commercials were extremely loud.

This is my second time back this month. Very surprised at the quality. Everything has been great. The pork chop is certainly something I would recommend. The smoked ribeye was divine. This place serves excellent meats at a reasonable price. I would recommend it to anyone
