CHOP was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with energetic rooms, stylish décor, and an award winning patio accompanied by friendly hospitality. Located in the heart of the Vaughan Colossus entertainment area - we are open for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night!

Once again, we had a fabulous dining experience. Of course the food is always superb but we also love how the Chop team always make us feel so welcome. From the greetings at the door by the hosts, to the attentive service of our servers (Veronica and Izzy are awesome), and the check in by the leadership team (thanks Andrew and Chris), we felt so well taken care of!! We will definitely be back!

This is the first time i have ever been to Chop steakhouse and bar and i was pleasantly surprised to say the least. The food was pretty good but the service was amazing. Our server Toby was excellent. He was extremely helpful with suggestions as he was relatively familiar with the menu. The ambiance was nice, the food was great but the service just brought everything right over the top. I definitely would go back again just because the service was that remarkable! Great job CHOP, and Toby needs a raise!

Amazing experience 😍. Our server Mahnia went above and beyond her job to make sure we felt comfortable and at ease. She was very knowledgeable about the food and drinks. Fabulous restaurant.

We had dinner there for my wife’s birthday and this was the second time there. We were very pleased with our server she was very courteous and had the right balance of leaving us alone and still being attentive. We usually go to The Keg and Ruth’s Chris. I would say this is much better experience than The Keg and we will be coming here more often. They even gave my wife a birthday card and was very pleased with the service. My family was happy with the server as she was smiling a lot and was very helpful.

Construction noise, the workers were drilling concrete on the patio after 5:00pm. Food was OK, service was very good.

The steak fries were cold. Food should always be hot esp steak.. No one goes to a restaurant to eat cold steak
