Proudly Canadian and priding ourselves on creating "The Perfect Steak" from start to finish, Chop is committed to sustainable sourcing, choice cuts of fresh Canadian Beef, sourced from Canadian ranchers. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. Our first experience at CHOP was excellent. Our server Alana was super friendly and accommodating. We had a lot of time to kill so she did not rush us at all. Food was perfect. We had crab cakes. French onion soup. Steak and prime rib ( both were cooked perfect 👌🏼) and the mini dessert tray 😋😋 will definitely return.

I had an awesome experience as a first timer. The food was exquisite, our server John was very helpful, the ambience really fit for a date, and the price value isn't as bad as I thought due to how fancy the place looked. Overall it was a good time to be there. I would 100% go back again.

The experience was exceptional. The food's quantity and quality, coupled with its affordability, were outstanding. We especially appreciate the attentiveness and friendliness of our server, Luke.

Spectacular venue for Super Bowl and other Sports watching upstairs. Amazing Happy Hour menu and deals. Generous portions and Fabulous professional service. Thanks Lauren for making our evening special!

It really should have been better. They squeezed us into a ridiculously small booth for 6. Salads took forever and then mains came while we were still eating salads, with no room on the small table. It was far too hot and to make that worse, they brought us white wine that was not chilled properly and had no cooler. This was after the bottle we ordered was out of stock on a rather short list of whites. Steaks were good except for the one person who likes medium well and got medium rare. Spend the extra money and go to a proper steak house in the area.
