These events allow our team to showcase the menu and finalize details before our official opening. For communication efficiency, please use the messaging function on OpenTable for any unexpected delays. During Practice Runs, we'll hand-select multiple menu options for you and your guests to enjoy. We look forward to connecting with you in our new space and sharing our passion for food and hospitality! Please note that there is accessible seating via elevator on the second floor.

Had a great experience! Staff were super friendly and made sure we had a great time. Food was very good. Had the goat cheese and mushroom with bread, halibut and rib eye. Love the ambience and decor. Will definitely be returning! One of the best overall experiences at this venue!

Everything was great! It is a classy place. The booth we sat in felt luxurious and comfortable. The room temperature was cozy, not cold like some restaurants. The music was the perfect volume and enjoyable. The lighting was just right, not too dark but not stark. The atmosphere of the place was perfect. The food and beverages were very good.

This was an absolute perfect steak house. The decor and design was tasteful and well thought out! The service was great and the whole experience was perfect. We are so excited to come back for some great food and drinks!

I was given the opportunity to visit this chop location for their friends and family lunch and all I can say is exceptional. I started with the pink lemonade and that was a very nice drink, doesn’t give too much “lemonade” and I loved that about it. I had the crab cakes as my appetizer and they were very yummy and packed with flavour. For my main I had ordered the 7oz top sirloin with the loaded mashed potatoes and French onion soup that was great. I first had to send my steak back because it was a little overdone for my “medium well” (which is difficult because every resteraunt cooks their steaks so different) but after sending it back and asking for “medium” it was perfect and to my liking. I also added the black peppercorn gravy which made it all the better. My server Chris B. Was amazing.. very attentive and was able to give good suggestions on what to try. The owner of the restaurant also came up to me, personally introduced herself and offered me a glass of champagne which made the experience of dining at chop all the better! Thank you chop for a great afternoon.

I have been to a few Chop Steakhouse within Canada, but this one is one of the best. The food was exceptional. Kudos to the team.

We were impressed with the phenomenal customer service that was provided. The food was excellent and most of all the restaurant was gorgeous. Looking forward to returning and trying more varieties from the menu.
