Chop was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with friendly hospitality in warm and energetic rooms. Open for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night!

We had a fabulous birthday celebration at the CHOP. Food was exceptional, service outstanding, and we appreciated the free appetizer as we were new visitors to the restaurant. We could not have asked for a better dining experience. 10 out of 10

We had a wonderful evening. The service was absolutely wonderful, thank you, Yvonne! I had the prime rib which was the best prime rib I’ve ever had in my life. The prime rib was a nice lean portion which was very tender and delicious. Complements to the chef!! My husband had the steak Oscar and said it was absolutely delicious. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant not only for the excellent service and especially the wonderful food. Thank you!

This place was amazing! It was my first time there and they provided me with the most amazing experience! Food was unreal !! 10 out of 10 Highly recommend!

We were a bit late celebrating our tenth anniversary, so included it with a work trip. We stayed at the hotel and were able to book supper and an evening at this location. It was fabulous!!! It was our second experience at CHOP, everything was perfect. Our server, Mikayla was freaking fabulous!!! She was extremely patient with us out of towners, gave us tremendous food choices that were spectacular. Everything came out right to order and after a long day, it’s the little things that make a world of difference. Thank you for another memorable visit!! We will be back!

The steak was not up to my expectations and not as good as I have had there before. The lobster tail was very small. The drinks are overpriced . The starter bread should be free. It was also uncomfortably warm in the restaurant. The rest of the food was great and the service was exceptional.
