CHOP was created for people who love connecting, sharing experiences, and everything steak. Chop London is proudly Canadian, locally owned, and only a short drive off the 401. Priding ourselves on creating "The Perfect Steak" from start to finish, Chop is committed to sustainable sourcing, choice cuts of fresh Canadian Beef, sourced from Canadian ranchers. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. We put this same level of care into each of our plant-based, seafood, gluten-conscience dishes, and hand-crafted cocktails.

                  Our most recent visit to Chop, similar to those in the past was excellent. Food dependably good with terrific service. We all had the super avocado salad and it was a generous dinner sized serving and very good. Great wine list too!

                  Always have a nice experience here. Service is typically outstanding, and this was no exception. We sat in bar area and bartender took care of us, those at the bar, and the other tables. It was impressive. Drink options are fun. Good variety of items in addition to the standard steak. Had a vegan in our group and commented how was the most options he's seen in a steakhouse.

                  Wonderful father's day meal with my family. Our New York steaks were cooked to perfection and the Cajun shrimp were huge, juicy and flavourful. Great sides and kids meals. Wonderful experience. Will return again

                  Food is expensive for what you get . Service wasn’t up to par . When food is expensive I expect the service to be exceptional. Charging 3 dollars for a shared loaf of bread for the table is beyond ridiculous. And then not charging happy hour prices for an item ordered as indicated on the menu , shows that there is no attention to detail . We will not be back unfortunately
