CHOP was created for people who love connecting, sharing experiences, and everything steak. Chop London is proudly Canadian, locally owned, and only a short drive off the 401. Priding ourselves on creating "The Perfect Steak" from start to finish, Chop is committed to sustainable sourcing, choice cuts of fresh Canadian Beef, sourced from Canadian ranchers. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. We put this same level of care into each of our plant-based, seafood, gluten-conscience dishes, and hand-crafted cocktails.

We when on a Monday for London luscious 2025. Meal and service was wonderful. Restaurant is alway clean and tidy. Definitely would recommend!!

We had an amazing meal at the CHOP Steakhouse and Bar in London. The food was really good and the service was impeccable. We really enjoyed the prime rib that was part of their special Londonlicious promotion and we will definitely be back again!

Our waitress Lina was exceptional. The customer service and food was beyond par. Best dining experience we have had in a long time.

Met up with some friends for dinner. Great prime rib, ribeyes, sirloins and burgers. Manager found out it was our first time there and offered a complimentary app. Will return. Great food choices. Thanks!!

I was dining alone, which seemed to make my server uncomfortable. There was no small talk whatsoever, not even when paying my bill. She was polite, but some banter is, at least in my experience, expected. The food was delicious, albeit very small portions. I was incredibly disappointed with how small the portions are. Even after dessert, I was still hungry. If I'm paying over 100 dollars to eat alone, I expect to be satisfied.
