CHOP was created for people who love connecting, sharing experiences, and everything steak. Chop London is proudly Canadian, locally owned, and only a short drive off the 401. Priding ourselves on creating "The Perfect Steak" from start to finish, Chop is committed to sustainable sourcing, choice cuts of fresh Canadian Beef, sourced from Canadian ranchers. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. We put this same level of care into each of our plant-based, seafood, gluten-conscience dishes, and hand-crafted cocktails.

                  From the appetizer to the dessert, it was definitely an experience. If you want a steak, Chop is where it's at.

                  Great food and service, went on a valentines date with my wife. We love the ambiance and noise level by having glass doors in each section of restaurant. Everything is really good especially prime rib. Overall it’s excellent!

                  My wife and I went for a Valentine’s dinner. We enjoyed the environment and the food was excellent, as each of us had the top sirloin steak. The beet salad was an arugula salad with yellow beets and goat cheese, which was excellent however I was expecting beets, not a leafy salad. The atmosphere was warm, yet several times it went from loud to oddly everyone getting quiet at the same time. This occurred during song changes in the music. Perhaps a mix in the music wouldn’t leave awkward quiet moments. The bench seating was comfortable but too close to the couple beside us as when they arrived, they listened to our conversation and we couldn’t help but hear theirs too. The cheesecake for dessert was memorable as we rarely splurge on dessert. Overall it was an enjoyable evening together.

                  I had an amazing experience at Chop Steakhouse on Valentine’s Day. Devin - one of the servers / sales managers made it a memorable and elegant experience with his service. Not only did he do a very good job preparing and providing excellent service, the rest of the staff also made it a very beautiful night. 11/10 would recommend. Definitely will be coming back.

                  We enjoyed our recent reservation at CHOP. The food and service were very good. We were out to enjoying the Londonlicious menu. It did not disappoint.

                  Enjoyed an amazing lunch with a friend. The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere. Love the lighting! Great Londonlicious menu. Our server was prompt, attentive and knowledgeable! We will definitely go back.
