Chop was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with friendly hospitality in warm and energetic rooms. Open for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night!

I had the steak Oscar and my steak was not hot. I asked for it cooked medium and it was medium rare at best.

Everything about our visit was absolutely perfect! The food was cooked to perfection, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. The service was outstanding—attentive, friendly, and professional from start to finish. The ambience was warm and inviting, making it a great spot for a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. We haven’t been out for Valentine’s Day dinner in years because of the craziness of it all. Last night, CHOP really did a supurb job!! The atmosphere was great, they had live music in the bar which was very nice to listen to while we enjoyed our evening. Our Server Sarah H was very nice and attentive and didn’t make us feel rushed at all. We really liked that we had the option of the specialty menu or regular menu for our evening. The food was delicious

We had an amazing second experience at CHOP celebrating our 10th anniversary. Despite a very busy Valentine’s Day, the service and food remained absolutely spectacular. The staff there are exceptional. Everyone went above and beyond to make the occasion even more special, including champagne and a lovely card signed by the employees. Can’t recommend CHOP enough!

Service was fantastic. All the staff were incredible and the food was delicious. The manager and our server really went out of their way to make sure our first visit was a great one.
