Chop was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with friendly hospitality in warm and energetic rooms. Open for breakfast, happy hour, dinner and late-night!

    This is our third time going to Chop and we were disappointed this time. We made a reservation for our anniversary, and when we arrived the host gave us “complimentary” Prosecco… which they ended up charging us for later (we wouldn’t have ordered it on our own). The steak bites were mostly good - some were extremely chewy and grisly, but some were very tender and delicious. The seafood linguine was mostly all noodles. When we placed our orders our waitress entered something we didn’t order - thankfully we caught it before it was fully cooked. This would be more understandable if the restaurant was extremely busy, but there were maybe 3 tables in the dining area (including us). It is unlikely we’ll give Chop a 4th try.

    This classy restaurant always exceeds our expectations. The restautant itself is absolutely beautiful. The service is excellent. The food is amazing. We are treated like royalty from the moment we arrive until we leave out the doors. Thanks CHOPS for another beautiful anniversary celebration.

    Food was delicious and service was great. The restaurant is beautiful inside with a nice ambience. Our booth was comfortable and felt quite private, and the noise level was surprisingly very quiet. Our server was lovely and we even received a complimentary dessert as we were celebrating a special occasion. It was unexpected but such a nice gesture. I would recommend Chop to anyone who loves steak and is celebrating some sort of special occasion.

    Went last night for a first date and it was our first time there. Everything we ordered was 10/10 and all the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Service was prompt and professional. I highly recommend going for any occasion.

    We went to Chop to celebrate my Daughters Graduation. We had a party of eight and the staff was very accommodating. The food was excellent and full value. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
