Chop was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All this quality comes with friendly hospitality in warm and energetic rooms. Open for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night!

Went to Chop for our anniversary. We were there last year for my husband's birthday. They go above and beyond to really make your special day a memorable one. We used our complimentary goat cheese and mushroom dip. It was so flavorful. I ordered Crab Linguine and husband ordered the Chop Burger. They were delicious. It was happy hour at the time and I ordered Southern Hospitality drink. It was sweet but delicious. For the dessert, we had complimentary choice of the mini desserts they offer. We ordered creme brulee and the chocolate torte. They took the time to even decorate the plate "HAPPY Anniversary" on it. Then to cap it off, the staff had a card for us signed by them. Definitely felt special. Will recommend this place for sure. Our server was great. She recommended few things for us as well regarding food and drinks. However I think she was busy most of the time serving other tables, that took little longer to try to catch her whenever we needed something. Overall good.

We shared the mussels and ahi tuna dishes. Both excellent in flavour and presentation. Our main dishes were the happy hour steak frites. Steaka excellent and perfect mediun rare. Awesome potato chips ( mine were crispy and fried to perfection. My friend had a lovely cheesecake desert. Lovely patio with a great view of the cruise ships and north shore. Service was excellent and on point. A delightful place to go for a great meal

Servers and staff were the greatest. Filet mignon was incredibly tough. Perfectly cooked but it was difficult to cut and to chew.

Went for dinner to celebrate our anniversary and had an amazing experience. Rojin and several of her colleagues took good care of us.

Good food, server was attentive. Good beer selection. Biggest issue was even though we made a reservation our table was across from the serving station right next to the stairs. Tons of traffic, noise ect. They should not have a table there.

Definitely will not come back here. The food have no taste, and the steak was burnt. Everything just sucks and overpriced. I rather go to the keg instead for what I paid.

We were seated upstairs which was quite warm with little air movement. Service was quite disappointing and our server, while polite and courteous when they came by, wasn’t very attentive. Our first round of drinks took over 30min to arrive. Food was generally good but the service was enough for us to likely not return for a while. A manager subsequently replied and provided me with their contact information as they wanted to better understand my comments. I responded and have since not heard anything - this makes the experience admittedly worse overall.
