Chop a été créé pour les gens qui aiment partager, discuter et surtout déguster un steak! Nous sommes fiers d’offrir un menu de source durable et des coupes de bœuf 100 % canadien de qualité supérieure. La viande que nous servons est unique, tout comme notre cuisson. Notre gril Montague offre une température de cuisson jusqu’à 1 800 °F, ce qui permet de créer une croûte savoureuse et parfaite, chaque fois! Nos côtes de bœuf cuisent lentement dans un four à humidité contrôlée, ce qui les rend tendres et délicieuses. Nous apportons le même soin à chacune des boissons et à chacun des plats que nous préparons à la main; de nos options véganes à nos assiettes de fruits de mer. La cuisine gastronomique à portée de tous! Qualité, chaleur et énergie sont au rendez-vous au dîner, au 5 @ 7, au souper et en soirée!

Outstanding food, I’ve been to a few steak houses and an always searching for the next best steak. Without fail Chop always comes out on top. Ordered the Newyork Center Cut and it was insane how good every bite was. The value for money is also quite good. You’ll enjoy this place, dont hesitate, make a reservation now.

As always best Prime Rib out there! Always fantastic service with a nice Quiet environment! It simply can’t be beat!

We have previously been to Chop and always had a very positive experience. We were a little disappointed this time. The service was great as usual, but the food was not at its usual excellent level. It was not very busy, but we waited quite a long time for the main course. When it finally arrived mine was barely lukewarm , I am guessing they had to redo my wife’s steak and mine sat ready while they did that. The quality of the top sirloin was also questionable, definitely not what we were used to from Chop. I am hoping this was a one-off imperfect performance, as we like coming here and would want to continue our patronage.

The food was great and the server was excellent. The kitchen was a bit slow getting our meals to the table but we didn't have a time constraint so that was okay with us.

Had the 7oz filet - steak was excellent as were the sides. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Tuna tartare amuse bouche was excellent
